We are approaching the Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere on 23rd September, the wheel of the year turns again. 

Taking with us into the darker seasons all that was brought to surface from the lighter days and begin to ground it in. It is a time of giving thanks and gratitude for all that we have harvested in the summer months, a time for reflection and recalibration where we come back into balance on the day that holds equal hours of daylight and darkness.

This is a pre-recorded 75 minute ritual and drum journey that you can do on the eve of the 22nd of September or on the day/eve of 23rd of September to honour and celebrating the transition of the seasons and ultimately honour yourself and your growth.
